Zagreb, October 2, 2025 – Zagreb County is granting incentives to entrepreneurs within its area to support the installation of solar power systems.

A total of €500,000 is available. The maximum amount that an individual applicant can receive for the purchase and installation of a solar power system is €15,000, covering up to 40% of eligible costs.
The call for applications is open until October 22, 2025.

Eligible applicants are micro and small enterprises registered as sole proprietors, companies, cooperatives, or institutions with their headquarters in Zagreb County. A key requirement is that their main registered activity must fall under Section C – Manufacturing industry.

Eligible costs include the purchase and installation of photovoltaic panels (solar power systems) and electricity meters for facilities owned by the applicant and used for their registered business activities. The solar power system must not be oversized; it should be designed to meet the facility’s own energy needs based on the previous year’s consumption.
